Tuesday: 18:00 till 19:00 (children, any belt), 19:00 till 20:00 (Dans)

Wednesday: 18:00 till 19:00 (children, any belt), 19:00 till 19:55 (combat)

Friday: 18:30 till 19:45 (children, any belt)

Costs per month (2 to 3 trainings each week): CHF 70 each member

Contact:

1. It’s naturally and reasonable to practise a Martial Art.

2. It doesn’t hinder and expresses the freedom of movement.

3. It unites civil and military Arts, both of which are very strong and submissive.

4. It’s a good practise for the physical and mental well-being.

5. It’s good for self defense and improvement of health.

6. You can practise it alone or as a member of a group.

8. Everybody can learn it without great effort, be it man or woman, young or old.

7. You can practise it everywhere.

9. You can practise it, whether you have a partner or not.

10. You don’t need special devices or equipment to practise it.

After warming up we often start by training the middle punch (Choong Dan Kong Kyuk), here under the supervision of Sa Bom Nim Fabian Markl (4th Dan).
